Remembering Judson
I dedicate my former health & fitness website to my son, Judson, who died tragically on May 29, 2021. As a newly grieving mother, I am awkwardly learning to navigate my radically altered set of circumstances.
If I can help just one person by shining a light on the overprescribing of Adderall; changing the narrative and stigma surrounding mental health disorders, addiction and suicide, then my son’s death will not be in vain.
